We are currently hiring an in-house temporary employee as a Recruiting Specialist for our Rossford team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and general information to visitors and candidates both in person and via phone at an assigned branch or customer worksite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for candidates and employees, greeting visitors, answering questions, scheduling application and interview appointments, triaging concerns, and directing them to the correct team member for resolution. You will also maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the candidate pool by assisting in the recruiting process. The competencies we value for this role include outstanding customer service, ethical conduct, thoroughness, attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, and a customer-service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential, along with proven strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
