About The Position

An iGaming Operator is adding another brand to their portfolio, specifically targeting the Norwegian-speaking market. They are seeking an experienced Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to be one of the first members of their Customer Support team. The role is offered on a full-time, fully remote basis, with a basic starting salary of €26-28K. Candidates have the option to invoice the company or be offered employment in Malta or Cyprus.

Requirements

  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in Norwegian (native/C2 level)
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • A couple of years' experience from working with CS for iGaming
  • Internet & IT savvy
  • Quick learner
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to work responsibly with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and email in Norwegian and English
  • Support players with technical (perceived or actual) problems
  • Ensure player satisfaction through applying professionalism and empathy
  • Educate players on game rules and features
  • Help translating shorter texts for FAOs and promotions
  • Assist players with finding their way around the website and current promotions
