About The Position

We’re looking for an Identity Management Analyst who’s equal parts
problem-solver, security advocate, and collaborator. In this role, you’ll help
ensure the right people have the right access at the right time—no more, no
less.

As a key member of our Information Security team, you’ll play a key role in
strengthening identity and access management (IAM) across the organization. From
onboarding new hires to tightening access controls and supporting audits, your
work will directly reduce risk and keep our systems compliant, efficient, and
secure.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or IT Security Operations
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and access governance principles
• Experience with IAM platforms (Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills—you enjoy getting to the root cause
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SSO and federation concepts, exposure to IGA platform, basic scripting experience, and serve as an on‑call support is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve role-based access control (RBAC) alongside business and application owners
• Manage the full identity lifecycle—provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioning—with precision and audit readiness
• Enforce least privilege access and separation of duties; identify and remediate access risks like orphaned accounts and excessive permissions
• Lead and support access reviews and certifications to meet audit and regulatory requirements
• Administer IAM tools including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Collaborate with Security Engineering on authentication methods, conditional access, and identity security controls
• Act as an escalation point for complex access issues—dig deep, solve fast, and communicate clearly
• Document processes, controls, and audit evidence while identifying opportunities to automate and improve IAM maturity
