To learn more about our company, please visit our website; https://www.trulieve.com Role Summary: As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead Analyst, you will help lead the operational aspects of the IAM program, ensuring efficient access management processes and compliance with security policies. You will also support the design and implementation of IAM solutions, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM practices with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC and privileged access management.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX.

Nice To Haves

  • Security certifications are optional but are a plus. (e.g. Security+, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the IAM team, ensuring timely and accurate access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IAM Engineers and Analysts to support the implementation of IAM solutions and enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM processes and tools.
  • Coordinate and perform access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to IAM Analysts.
  • Work with business units to understand access requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Oversee user account lifecycle management in the IAM system.
  • Ensure access rights are granted based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Support the team in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports on IAM activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues escalated from analysts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine IAM policies.
  • Stay current with IAM trends and best practices.
