We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager with consulting experience to lead client-facing engagements from initiation through closure. This role is responsible for the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IAM projects within a consulting environment, where managing client expectations, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes are critical. The Project Manager’s primary focus is risk management, with a clear understanding that risk directly impacts the success of any engagement. In a consulting capacity, this includes proactively identifying risks across technical, organizational, and stakeholder domains, and ensuring they are clearly measured, communicated, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a consulting context where the Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate is articulate, open-minded, solution-oriented, quality-focused, and—most importantly—an active listener. They must be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, asking insightful questions, uncovering unstated assumptions, and facilitating alignment across diverse groups. The role also requires the ability to manage conflict, drive decision-making, and maintain forward momentum in complex environments. Prior consulting experience is essential, including experience managing multiple stakeholders, adapting to different client environments, and delivering projects with a high degree of professionalism and accountability. This role involves limited travel (less than 20%), with the majority of work performed remotely. US Citizen required.
