Are you interested in gaining real-world, hands on, project-based experience in Summer 2026? Are you seeking a chance to explore the business world? Based in Tysons, VA, you will be part of Swift’s 10-week internship in the API and Identity team. Our team enables cross border transactions through APIs and strong Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. During your internship, you will work alongside a mentor and with a team who can help you develop your business sense. Swift is redefining cross-border transactions, making them faster and more transparent than ever before. We are the way the world moves value — every instant of every day, in almost every country. We are looking for interns who would work with the IAM Product Owners and Product managers to support various initiatives including harmonization of Identity and Post Quantum cryptrography and come up with end-end roadmap and help in IAM standardization and harmonization initiatives. If you are interested in learning IAM lifecycle management and governance and cryptography in addition to learning the business aspects of IAM, come and join us! During your internship, you will work alongside a mentor and with a team who will help you experience how Swift works with its clients to make cross-border payments instant and frictionless. At this time, Swift is not able to offer relocation or housing to interns.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Be a rising junior or senior
• Major: Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing Management or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work on harmonizing the IAM solutions across environments
• Contribute to the Post Quantum assessment and implementation activities
• Build IAM roadmaps.
• Be part of an agile team, following agile methodology best practices.
