Identity & Access Management Analyst
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Systems Administration Team as an Identity and Access Management( IAM ) Analyst and help us secure our organization’s systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, maintaining, and administering IAM systems for a large and complex organization. We are the Systems Administration Team that are responsible for the public and private cloud infrastructure for TXST . The team is expanding to include Identity and Access Management which will include overall management of our IAM solutions. We work with various business units such as human resources and information security to ensure that the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems and working as part of a team. You have a solid understanding of IAM principles, tools, and best practices. You are able to apply these skills to implement an organization’s business objectives and achieve identity-based security objectives. You are familiar with various IAM systems and technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO , MFA , RBAC , etc. You have experience with scripting or automation platforms, such as Python, PowerShell, etc. You have excellent communication and customer service skills and can interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in configuring, maintaining, and administering IAM systems for a large and complex organization
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, tools, and best practices
- Familiar with various IAM systems and technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO , MFA , RBAC , etc
- Experience with scripting or automation platforms, such as Python, PowerShell, etc
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with other IAM systems and technologies, such as Okta, SailPoint, Fischer Identity, etc.
- Experience with information security best practices in securing workloads.
- Experience with Shibboleth ( SAML ) authentication platform.
- Relevant IAM certification
