ID Office Support Assistant (Student Wage)
About The Position
An ID Office Support Assistant provides technical and administrative support for the department’s technology operations. This position is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving, assisting others with technical issues, and working with data. Provide first-level support to staff and students (in-person, via email, or virtually) Assist with data entry, data validation, and reporting tasks Document and track technical issues Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation Support project work with attention to detail and follow-through Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Position will start as soon as possible. Undergrad student wage position for less than 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling between 8 AM – 5 PM. Pay rate 15.00/hr. The University of Virginia is an equal opportunity employer.
