ICU RN - Intensive Care Registered Nurse
About The Position
As an ICU Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high risk adolescent through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening medical-surgical conditions. Requirements
- Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Complex assessments and diagnosis
- Outcomes identification
- Planning, implementing, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
- Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions while providing continuous nursing surveillance
- Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
- Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
