About The Position
ICU Nurse Position Highlights: Job Type: Part-Time, Night Location: Community Hospital/ICU Application Deadline: December 31, 2025 Responsibilities: Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: Associates Degree in nursing (BSN preferred) Current unrestricted licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. Minimum Experience: Two (2) years. BLS Healthcare Provider ACLS within 6 months of hire PALS within 6 months of hire TCAR within 1 year of hire Are you a RN New Grad? Bonus : Up to $15,000 (paid out in 3 years, for RN's with at least 2 years of experience) Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available. Requirements
