About The Position

The ICP / SDC will be responsible for overseeing infection control practices within the organization. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections, conducting regular audits and assessments, and providing education and training to staff members. In addition, the ICP / SDC will be responsible for staff development, including identifying training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to infection control and staff development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in infection control and staff development
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
