You will target employer prospects by leveraging internal and external networks, market data, and thought leadership to position Via Benefits as the premier partner for organizations seeking to implement ICHRA solutions. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the market and work closely with internal teams to deliver on growth goals.
