Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation expenses fully covered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer service issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
