About The Position

ICE CREAM PACKER – PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Production Department --- Cameron Street Department Shift: Monday-Friday 2:20PM-Midnight(or completion) Job Summary Consistent Schedule – Average a 40-50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday Consistent Overtime Pay – overtime after 40 hours each week Starting wage of $21.04 / hour ; increased to $21.64 after 60 days of positive performance -- $32.46/hour per OT Hour 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for the employee 401K with company match

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Food manufacturing environment experience preferred
Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks

Responsibilities

Work as part of ice cream production crew ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products
Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Other responsibilities as they are assigned.
