About The Position

We are now hiring for a full-time ICD-10 coder. This is a hybrid position, working both remotely and on-sight. This position will maintain a resident information system to attain institutional goals and comply with all State and Federal requirements. This system includes all records, indexes, and reports that relate to the professional care of the residents. Primary responsibilities including medical coding of resident information for multiple nursing homes; with occasional days on-sight at each location.

Requirements

• Medical Coding, Medical Administrative Professional or Health Information degree from an accredited college or technical school.
• Experience working with ICD-9-CM coding required.

Nice To Haves

• Two years’ experience in the medical records field preferred
