The Office of Safe Neighborhoods is seeking a full-time Data Analyst to oversee efforts to improve the use of criminal justice, human services, and other administrative data by transforming data into routine reports, dashboards, and geospatial analytics to support criminal justice planning and operations for its Incarcerated Community Crisis Intervention Program (ICCIP). The Incarcerated Community Crisis Intervention Program aims to reduce violence in correctional facilities and communities. Using a Credible Messenger model, community leaders engage individuals both in prisons and in the community. The program fosters collaboration, conflict resolution, and resource sharing between communities and facilities. Through data support the Data Analyst will ensure that all performance measures and goals are consistently met. This position will also be tasked with coordinating with other OPS and City staff, law enforcement personnel, social service providers, and community members.
