To be successful as an IB Analyst, Communications and Media Group you should have: Experience building and maintaining complex models for media, telecom, and digital businesses to support strategic decision-making Proficiency in interpreting and evaluating income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and complex debt structures Experience in supporting high-profile transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and secondary offerings Some other highly valued skills may include: Creating client-ready materials showcasing valuation, deal structures, and strategic insights Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver actionable recommendations and transaction updates Conducting deep-dive research on communications and media sectors, including competitive benchmarking and trend forecasting You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
