About The Position

As an Operations EE in our Investment Bank, you'll be more than a process executor—you'll be a problem solver, an innovator, and a learner. This role is your gateway to mastering the operational backbone of investment banking while building expertise in automation, AI, and process optimization. You'll also play a critical role in shaping the client experience by ensuring every interaction and process reflects accuracy, transparency, and trust. Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Ensure accuracy andpliance in every transaction to build client trust.
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding and periodic reviews with precision and a focus on a seamless client experience.
  • Data Analytics: Use data to uncover trends and drive improvements that benefit clients.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Leverage technology to streamline workflows and create efficiencies that enhance client oues.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively to protect client interests.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, IT, and Front Office for seamless execution and superior client service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects that challenge the status quo and deliver better oues for clients.
