Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? The Quality Assurance organization has an opportunity for you to join the IAE AG Quality Management team. In this role, you will lead and support dynamic activities on a growing commercial engine program. Activities will engage IAE AG, internal organizations, and internal and external producers driven to high levels of Quality performance related to product development, certification, and production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Quality experience, manufacturing operations, and/or engineering experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including AS9100 standards, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within aerospace manufacturing.
  • Domestic and international travel required (up to 50%).

Nice To Haves

  • Lead Auditor Certification.
  • Ability to make and meet commitments, balance, and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with complex engine components and assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support internal and external audit activities, including partner and FAA audits, comprising approximately 50–60% of the role.
  • Support regulatory compliance by managing partner-related submissions to IAE, including supplier control lists, and coordinating Undue Burden requests with the FAA.
  • Provide operational support for IAE quality systems and tools, including coordination of IAE CORE events and processes, and administration of EngineWise user access and approvals.
  • Support configuration management and As-Built system activities for the V2500 and V2500-E5 programs, including participation in weekly VSL meetings, system audits, and incorporation of FAA Airworthiness Directives into the VSL system.
  • Manage and maintain partner documentation, including delegation letters and MRB member lists.
