About The Position

The Israeli-American Council (IAC) builds an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens the Israeli and Jewish identity of our next generation, supports the broader American Jewish community, and deepens the bond between the people of the United States and the State of Israel. In New England, we are growing rapidly — expanding programs, engagement, and impact. To continue this momentum, we are seeking a dynamic fundraiser to help power our mission through vision, relationships, and results. This is not a typical development role — it’s an opportunity for a rising star to meaningfully impact a crucial fundraising effort. As Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in executing fundraising strategies for IAC New England, cultivating partnerships, expanding our donor base, and inspiring investment in programs that strengthen the Israeli-American identity across the region. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Director, the IAC New England Council, and the national development team to execute creative fundraising campaigns that fuel our growth and bring our community’s stories to life.
