About The Position

As an IT Support Technician at Kustom US, you provide dependable IT support that keeps Kustom’s teams connected, productive, and secure. You proactively approach challenges with a critical-thinking mindset, identifying root causes, anticipating issues, and delivering thoughtful solutions instead of temporary fixes. You balance urgency with accuracy, remain calm during complex troubleshooting, and understand that strong IT support combines technical expertise with a customer service mindset. By staying current on emerging technologies, tools, and IT best practices, you continuously strengthen systems, improve support quality, and help the organization stay ahead of evolving needs. Based onsite at Corporate Headquarters and as part of a growing team, you support users across the organization, including senior leaders and C-suite executives. This is a highly visible role that requires sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to represent IT as a trusted partner to the business. Requirements

  • Five or more years of related IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals, identity management, and security principles
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services and managing users, licensing, and permissions
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune (MDM/MAM) and device security controls
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication

Responsibilities

  • Providing Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Supporting Windows operating systems, iOS devices, and basic Linux environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, device, networking, and security issues through root-cause analysis
  • Supporting Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and terminal server environments, including session management and application access
  • Supporting Network & Infrastructure
  • Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN architectures, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
  • Assisting with routing and switching issues across the network
  • Configuring and monitoring Unifi networking equipment, including access points, switches, and controllers
  • Managing Security & Access
  • Supporting endpoint security, access control, and firewall configurations
  • Monitoring and maintaining security configurations for devices and networks
  • Configuring and supporting Fortinet firewalls, including security policies and VPN setups
  • Administering Microsoft 365 & Identity
  • Administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams
  • Managing user accounts, licensing, permissions, and security settings
  • Supporting Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication
  • Managing Devices, Deployment & Documentation
  • Managing mobile devices and applications using Intune (MDM/MAM)
  • Supporting Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and deployment
  • Documenting system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate hardware and software inventory records
