Position Summary: The Full Desk Senior Recruiter will be responsible for owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for high‑impact roles across Good Life Companies. This role blends strategic sourcing, candidate management, and hiring manager partnership to ensure we consistently attract top‑tier talent. This is not a passive recruiting role success requires proactive pipeline generation, relationship‑driven outreach, and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is energized by building scalable recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition to full-cycle recruiting ownership, the Recruiter will play a key role in supporting Good Life’s employer brand by elevating our hiring presence on LinkedIn. While not responsible for marketing execution, this role will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure our recruitment efforts align with brand standards and contribute to increased visibility and candidate engagement. Your work directly fuels the company's ambitious growth trajectory and ensures we are hiring the right people at the right time to support our mission.

Requirements

  • Advanced sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while hitting deadlines.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Understanding of employer branding and ability to collaborate with Marketing on social media (especially LinkedIn) strategies.
  • Comfort representing the company publicly through recruiter-driven posts, outreach messaging, and community engagement.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management capacity and ability to drive processes independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of recruiting for assigned roles - from intake to sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Lead discovery/intake meetings to clarify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Drive the hiring process with urgency and alignment, ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture top talent using a blend of outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Maintain warm pipelines for critical roles to support the company's rapid planned growth.
  • Leverage tools, platforms, and creative strategies to reach passive candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white-glove experience from first outreach to offer.
  • Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Good Life values.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates regarding timelines and expectations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate search criteria and provide market feedback.
  • Consult on interview best practices, assessment methods, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Establish predictable recruiting processes that drive clarity, accountability, and speed.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant documentation within the ATS.
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize systems, workflows, and candidate experience.
