Position Summary: The Full Desk Senior Recruiter will be responsible for owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for high‑impact roles across Good Life Companies. This role blends strategic sourcing, candidate management, and hiring manager partnership to ensure we consistently attract top‑tier talent. This is not a passive recruiting role success requires proactive pipeline generation, relationship‑driven outreach, and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is energized by building scalable recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition to full-cycle recruiting ownership, the Recruiter will play a key role in supporting Good Life’s employer brand by elevating our hiring presence on LinkedIn. While not responsible for marketing execution, this role will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure our recruitment efforts align with brand standards and contribute to increased visibility and candidate engagement.
