About The Position

Management of I.P.S. inventory systems. Including orders, receipts, transfers, inventory counts and all corresponding paper work. Also maintaining the daily operation of the I.P.S. Department office. Must be available to work varying hours including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Track and record all product transfers, unit requisitions, and product receipts.
  • Assist Warehouse & Purchasing Manager in weekly/monthly calculations of unit and departmental cost of sales.
  • Coordination and maintenance of accurate system reporting.
  • Assist Supervisors and Managers in staffing matters such as call-ins.
  • Keep office efficient, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Laison between in park stand needs and warehouse distribution during park operating hours.
  • All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole and the Revenue Department. Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances dictate.
  • Ensure that Revenue office is appropriately staffed during all operational hours.
  • Train all office staff in phone etiquette, inventory system keypunching, base radio operation, and office organization.
  • Any and all other duties that is assigned or necessary in order to support the I.P.S. Department and the park as a whole.
