The I&E (Instrumentation and Electrical) Construction Manager oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems for instrumentation and controls projects. This position will ensure project implementation is completed on time, within budget, and compliant with safety protocols. This role involves contractor management, project scheduling, and technical problem-solving. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Field Management: Direct daily construction activities, including contractor supervision, inspection coordination, and site safety compliance. Project Controls: Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Technical Oversight: Ensure all electrical, instrumentation, and automation components are installed according to engineering designs and specifications. Safety & Compliance: Enforce company and regulatory HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards, participating in audits. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field operations to align on scope, constructability, and material procurement. Documentation: Maintain project records, documentation, and manage contractor change orders.
