I&C Project Management Operations Intern Summer 2026
About The Position

As an I&C Project Management intern, you will support project execution activities, gain exposure to project lifecycle management, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will report to the Project Portfolio [Constellation & Duke Senior Director and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related), project management, or business
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Interest in nuclear energy, instrumentation systems, or engineering environments
- Experience with technical documentation or engineering design tools
- No relocation assistance provided
Responsibilities
- Track I&C project activities, including scope, schedule, and cost baselines
- Develop project documentation such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), change management logs, and meeting minutes
- Participate in weekly and monthly status review meetings (MSPR), helping prepare reports and presentations
- Contribute to risk and opportunity assessments, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking
- Engage with project controls to monitor earned value metrics and schedule performance
- Help maintain SharePoint sites and project dashboards for real-time visibility into project health
