About The Position
Balise is seeking qualified A or B level Certified Automotive Service Technicians with a focus on production and overall customer satisfaction. This role is with a family-owned and operated dealership group, offering long-term job security, top-scale progressive compensation paid weekly, and a modern, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and equipment. The shop is highly productive with experienced ASMs and a loyal customer base. The company provides paid hands-on and web-based factory training and certification for continued development, uniforms, and built-in toolboxes. There are career advancement opportunities, with many Service Managers having started as Technicians. Employees also receive a generous paid time off policy that starts the month they come onboard. The technician is expected to perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work with efficiency and accuracy according to dealership and factory standards, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, complete all jobs correctly and on time, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise and good judgement.
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
Nice To Haves
- Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
- Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
- Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
