About The Position

Performance Ford, part of the high-volume Performance Automotive group, is seeking 3 experienced, Ford Certified Master Technicians to lead new service teams at their Woods Cross, UT location. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled technician with dealership experience, leadership ability, and a passion for problem-solving. Requirements

Ford Certified Master Technician
Minimum 5+ years of dealership technician experience required
Strong diagnostic, leadership, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
Basic computer skills required
Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

5 ASE certifications preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex issues related to brake, exhaust, fuel, ignition, and electrical systems
Perform suspension work and wheel alignments
Clearly explain technical issues and needed repairs to Service Advisors and customers
Review repairs and test drive vehicles with customers when necessary
Stay current on technical training and emerging vehicle technology
Collaborate with and support fellow technicians in the service department
Mentor and coach junior techs to build a strong, efficient team
Maintain a clean and organized service bay
