Position: Hyper Wellness Representative We’re seeking a friendly, motivated, and wellness-minded Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about health, fitness, and recovery. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience—from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, fitness, or recovery
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or service environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, welcoming customer service to every guest
  • Answer phones and return voicemails promptly
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments
  • Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in our POS system
  • Check in clients and process retail transactions
  • Guide clients to their services and help them feel comfortable and informed
  • Administer all non-medical, non-specialty services
  • Educate clients on Restore’s modalities and wellness offerings
  • Provide studio tours and confidently sell packages and memberships
  • Execute opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all services, products, and promotions
  • Assist with daily studio operations including cleanliness, laundry, outreach, events, and social media initiatives when not with clients
