Requirements

• Experience (Non-Negotiable ): Previous dental office experience is required to hit the ground running.
• RDA Transition : We highly encourage former Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) looking for a career change to apply! Your clinical knowledge is a massive asset in scheduling and treatment planning.
• Tech Skills : A minimum of 1 year of experience with Dentrix is required.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Mastery : Manage the hygiene schedule to goal, fill openings, and coordinate last-minute changes or adjustments.
• Patient Advocacy : Discuss treatment plans, estimate insurance, and handle patient check-out.
• Leadership : Hold monthly meetings with hygienists to review production, treatment acceptance, and production metrics.
• Administration : Track cancellations, manage communication data, and prepare daily route slips.
