Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, preferably in a hygiene coordinator role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental procedures and patient care
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage dental hygiene appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatments and care plans
- Maintain accurate records within our practice management software
- Assist in reactivating patient appointments
- Support the front desk and clinical team as needed
