Position Description: Position requires operation of Hydro tester. Tasks are performed in compliance with safety policies and safe work practices and procedures within OSHA safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operates hydro test machinery.
• Tracks heat numbers through the system for proper stenciling and tagging.
• Accurately maintains paperwork for production and tags; reissues tags for production.
• Retrieves stenciling information and customer name tags from enhancement order.
• Ensures correct stenciling information and programs stenciling equipment.
• Maintains quality of coating to ensure proper drying time before bundling materials.
• Inputs grooving dimensions for quality assurance manager.
• Maintains routine records of production.
• Oversees set‐up and operations of robots.
• Assists "hydro team members" with grooving process as needed.
• Communicates with shippers regarding material needed on entry end and table emptied into inventory on exit end.
• Preventative maintenance to be performed as necessary.
• Maintains a clean work area at all times.
• Submits detailed and accurate work orders for any equipment issues as they occur which cannot be addressed by operator or other team members.
• Must have successfully completed OJT & JSA training.
• Ability to cross‐train others for the position and be cross‐trained elsewhere as needed.
• Complies with policies and OSHA guidelines affecting machine operations, such as; but not limited to: Lock Out ~ Tag Out.
• Attends all scheduled company & safety meetings.
• Follows and enforces company safety policies and safe work practices at all times.
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with other employees and supervisors.
