About The Position
R/W Connection, Inc. is a leading regional distributor of industrial rubber products, specializing in industrial and hydraulic hose, fittings, conveyor belting, and gaskets. With seven stocking branch locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, we are a fast-growing company representing premier manufacturers in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Hose & Fitting Sales Specialist to drive growth across Chester, Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York Counties. This role offers the opportunity to develop new business while expanding existing accounts in a dynamic and growing market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial markets.
- Proven track record of territory growth and new account development.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- Clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hydraulic hose and fittings strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Call on accounts in construction, aggregate, food, pharmaceutical, mechanical contractors, OEM, and general industry.
- Provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and exceptional service to customers.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
