As a Hybrid Regional Manager, you will lead Capital Group’s Client Hub–based hybrid sales roles within an assigned division, with responsibility for driving sales results and developing future sales talent. This role manages Regional Wealth Management Consultants (RWMCs), Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs), and Regional Retirement Plan Counselors (RRPCs), who operate within integrated territory teams across business segments. You will be accountable for sales results and Plans Sold goals across the division, while developing associates’ sales skills, business judgement, and professional confidence. Success in this role requires translating divisional and territory strategy into execution through hands on coaching, data informed prioritization, and strong cross role collaboration, balancing shared goals and objectives with individual accountability for assigned segments and responsibilities.
