Requirements

  • Ability to read, interpret and apply information from mechanical drawings, technical documents and equipment manuals.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical and pneumatic systems
  • Strong mathematical ability including fractions, metric conversions, and accurate measurement skills.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs safely.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions (tight spaces noise dust).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of assembly, maintenance, mechanical repair or production experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Technical certifications in mechanics woodworking, pneumatics, or industrial maintenance are a plus.
