We have an exciting work from home opportunity available for highly motivated individual to lead a core team as a Hybrid Field Sales Medicare Manager. This position will be a part of a specialized team who will focus on managing sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity, through in-home and community-based sales efforts, and acquisition of new members using state-of-art lead generation platform supported by real time analytics. This role is ideal for candidates that are energetic, empathetic, and looking to become part of a growing business segment. The candidate will hire, train, and develop captive sales agents to achieve monthly sales goals using our competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage & DSNP products within the assigned market. The manager will support their team with a proven ability to manage community event activity and utilize corporate and self-generated lead reporting to develop monthly and annual sales plans aligned to member growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business to consumer Medicare sales experience
  • 2-5 years selling Medicare products though in-home and community activities
  • Active Health License & CMS Required Certification
  • 2-3+ years of experience with managing
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring, training, and developing sales agent in a “captive environment”
  • Technology proficiency with sales presentations and lead management CRM tools
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver superior quality of work in efficient manner.
  • Ability to travel in assigned areas

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are preferred
  • Life & Health insurance license is a plus but not required to be employed. It is required to obtain the license within 90 days from the employment start date.
  • Demonstrated high level of individual performance within Medicare environment.
  • Demonstrated performance in managing Medicare cross-sell campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for leading and motivating a team of Hybrid Field Sales Representatives in the achievement of objectives through in-home, community-based sales efforts, and acquisition of new members via inbound/outbound calls
  • Daily management and accountability of defined teams: Upsell, retention, referral, and other program KPIs.
  • Develops, executes, and communicates market strategies aligned with CVS Health/Aetna objectives to achieve profitable growth
  • Continued oversight of day to day quality and performance management programs for defined set of agents. (Daily operating model)
  • Key collaborator with internal/external stakeholders
  • Establishes and monitors performance against specific goals for assigned market and for each FSR.
  • Help onboard, recruit, train, and coach FSR staff in sales approach, lead generation activities, community relationship building and related sales activities
  • Consistently developing defined team of agents to deploy training curriculum, enhance tactics and techniques to enhance sales productivity, ROI, as well as lead product expertise of the team.
  • Ensure adherence of CMS, Federal, and State Guidelines throughout the lifecycle of the sales process to include: (Defined processes with expert product presentations and sales expertise through quality assurance auditing coaching and reporting.)
  • Maximize the operational effectiveness of the Hybrid Field Sales operations (eg. Sales, conversions, quality) by leveraging DTC best practices and infrastructure.
  • Other duties as assigned.
