About The Position

The Health Client Manager I is the main point of contact for clients, handling Health Benefits delivery, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Ensure client satisfaction, provide domain consulting, and maintain requirements. Play a crucial role in effective service delivery and meeting client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience of project and client management experience including multifaceted projects and teams (including onsite and virtual)
  • Possess good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients
  • Able to persuade, influence and negotiate. (Must have a track record of influencing indirect parties to accomplish client objectives).
  • Able to get adapted with changing priorities. Some travel may be required.
  • Experience in Health Welfare/Annual enrollment experience, 2 or more years would be ideal.
  • Experience in project management, 2 or more years would be ideal.
  • Experience in coaching experience and leveraging work through others, 2 or more years would be ideal.

Responsibilities

  • The client manager builds a relationship with the client and interacts with the client contacts on a regular basis.
  • Understanding the client requirements and can answer questions from both an operational and technological approach.
  • Managing projects from beginning to end by working with a global team.
  • Coaching, consulting and developing team on best practices.
  • Working closely with global team of colleagues focused on client delivery and satisfaction, Main point of contact for client.
  • Leading internal and external meetings for ongoing delivery
  • Managing the delivery of client reporting including non-standard client reporting needs
  • Illustrating proper investigation through a variety of information sources to draw conclusions. Identify when to escalate to Performance Team Leader as needed.
