Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVACR preferred.
- Valid HVACR Journeyman or Masters license and certifications as required by local regulations.
- Strong understanding of HVACR systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in residential settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR equipment malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVACR systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used on service calls.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
