Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Must be 25 years or older

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and replacement of HVAC system components, including compressors, coils, and ductwork.
Support the installation of mini-split systems.
Follow company procedures and safety protocols during installations.
Work closely with lead installers to ensure proper and efficient installation of HVAC systems.
Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
