HVAC Warehouse Associate
About The Position
All-Star A/C Heating Plumbing and Electrical in Houston, TX, is searching for a reliable and energetic full-time HVAC Warehouse Associate . If you enjoy hands-on work, supporting field teams, and thriving in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is designed for you. You will work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm . Each day starts at our central Houston location, where you'll report before heading out to support job sites and service areas with deliveries and pickups. As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you'll help receive incoming shipments, verify materials, and organize inventory. Throughout the day, you will load company vehicles with HVAC parts, equipment, and materials, delivering them to technicians at job sites and picking up supplies from local vendors. You'll be expected to stage parts and equipment for upcoming jobs, assist with inventory counts, and report any damaged or missing items. Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse will be a priority, ensuring aisles and work areas remain clutter-free. You will follow company safety procedures, use proper lifting techniques, and work closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead, technicians, and office staff to keep daily operations running smoothly. As needs arise, you'll assist with additional tasks to support the warehouse and field teams. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to hook up and pull a trailer and lift or carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Basic communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including heat and dust
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or HVAC experience
