About The Position

Advanced Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electrical, and heating & air that has been in business for over 20 years. It has a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year and we are looking for full-time employees to join our team. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We do not lay off or furlough, this is year round work. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
