About The Position
CBH Homes is seeking dedicated HVAC Trim Installers to join our Icon Air team. You will play a crucial role in finalizing HVAC installations, ensuring system efficiency and homeowner satisfaction. This position offers a steady schedule, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within our leading home building company.
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC trim installation or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
- Comfortable working in attics and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable team player with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC registers, grills, and trim components accurately and efficiently.
- Complete final hookups for furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and other related appliances.
- Collaborate with crew lead to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain safety protocols and clean work areas.
