Requirements

EPA certification
1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Accurately installing heating and air conditioning equipment
Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and inspecting systems
Connecting electrical wiring and controls
Working with team members to complete efficient, high-quality installations
Following safety guidelines and building codes
Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service
