Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience (5+ years preferred for senior roles)
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Certifications: EPA Type II required; NATE Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree in HVAC technology is a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Must pass drug testing and maintain a professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years preferred for senior roles
- NATE Certification preferred
- Associate's degree in HVAC technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and commercial)
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Conduct new system installations and provide heat loss/gain calculations
- Engage with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction
- Offer and sell HVAC products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records using Service Titan or similar software
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized
