ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level. Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; must provide basic tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/ troubleshooting in a safe and efficient manner Always maintain a high level of professionalism Flexibility to learn multiple different refrigeration systems and HVAC systems Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record; A company work van will be provided Ability to work with/ on ladders Ability to work 40 hours a week Ability to lift 40lbs+ Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma required Trade School certificate required EPA universal certification preferred, Nouria is willing to train and send to school 1-3 years of work experience preferred Refrigeration Rack systems experience preferred JOB RELATED SKILLS Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Requirements

High School diploma required
Trade School certificate required
1-3 years of work experience preferred

Responsibilities
