About The Position
Skillforce is hiring experienced HVAC technicians for a contract project in Red Oak, TX. This role involves changing filters and cleaning coils on outdoor data cooling systems for a specialized mechanical project. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while adhering to established procedures and project checklists.
Requirements
- HVAC experience or familiarity with HVAC systems and components
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency using common hand tools
- Clean background required
- OSHA 10 Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform filter changes and coil cleanings on outdoor data cooling systems
- Utilize basic electrical knowledge to support HVAC equipment components
- Follow project checklists and detailed work instructions to ensure quality deliverables
- Use hand tools to complete mechanical and electrical tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
- Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations
