HVAC Technician

Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment
- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Universal EPA refrigeration license
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Available for off-hours emergency response
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Nice To Haves
- Boiler license or ability to acquire
Responsibilities
- Identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety
- Respond to emergency requests
- Work through light construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate and complete system and building repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner
- Respond to and complete work orders and projects
