Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs on base building and critical systems with minimal operational disruption. Install and repair plumbing, piping, and tubing systems; wire single and three-phase motors under supervision. Rebuild pumps and heat exchangers; replace motor bearings and pump seals; install valves, filters, and associated controls. Accurately document repair data including materials, labor, and internal work efforts in work order systems. Analyze system performance data and collaborate with the Chief Engineer on maintenance improvements and upgrade recommendations. Maintain organized and current system documentation. Support cross-training initiatives and assist fellow mechanics with major repairs. Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity and system efficiency across the facility. Your expertise directly impacts safety, reliability, and performance. You’ll gain exposure to advanced building management systems, contribute to energy efficiency initiatives, and be part of a team that values technical excellence and accountability.
