Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
- License: Valid Driver’s License in good standing (Required).
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various residential/commercial environments.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications: MA Oil Burner license or NORA Bronze is a major plus (we will help you get certified if you don’t have it yet!).
Responsibilities
- Service & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units).
- Maintenance: Perform high-quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothly.
- Mentorship: Help lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job.
- Fair On-Call: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with a stipend plus time-and-a-half for emergency calls.
