Founded in 1998, Pearce has over 4,000 employees and 28 locations across the U.S. Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join their team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional position is fast-paced and rewarding, suited for responsible, self-directed, highly motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry. Candidates should reside in the Bedford, Pennsylvania area.

Requirements

  • Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
  • Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
  • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
  • Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
