About The Position

We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
• Type 1 and Type 2 certifications
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Must be organized and maintain a clean work space
• Must have the ability to work on and support a team
• Must have basic computer skills and email knowledge
• Must have effective time management skills
• Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus
• Experience with older buildings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders
• Responsible for preventative maintenance
• Responsible for new installs
• Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs
• Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur
• Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations
